Ordering
Ordering from bumboo is easy! When you see an item you want simply click on the “Add to cart” button. Your shopping cart will be displayed with all of the items in it. Whenever you are ready to finalize your order, you may proceed to checkout. It only takes a minute and is completely secure. If you have any suggestions on how to make ordering easier please let bumboo know!
Tax
bumboo is located in beautiful California. By law we must charge all of our customers residing in California an 9.25% sales tax. Orders from all other states will not be taxed.
Payments
All credit card transactions are processed through the safe and secure Authorize.net payment gateway. bumboo gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Order
Processing Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email confirmation with complete order information. Though we try our best to keep our store inventory updated, at times certain designs will be back-ordered or delayed. Please look over your order to make sure all the information is correct and contact bumboo within 24 hours if any changes need to be made.
Once your order is complete, we will send a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package online.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship all our orders via Ground Delivery, 2-day, or 3-day service using Fed Ex, UPS, or DHL depending on the best rate we can get. All packages are insured. Transit time for Ground Delivery ranges from 5-7 days after leaving the warehouse.
Currently, we ship strictly to the contiguous 48 States, plus Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Shipments to P.O. Boxes, AFO/FPO, and international destinations are unavailable at this time.
Delivery Damage
If your delivery has been damaged please contact us immediately. bumboo will gladly send a replacement for the item damaged in transit. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any delivery or shipping charges.
Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may send unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags back to us within 15 days of your order receipt. We will either exchange it for another item of the same price or issue a refund.
Please email us at info@bumboolife.com before you return the item and we will email you a return authorization number. Packages will not be accepted without a return authorization number. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. For additional questions about your return please contact us at 888.309.8766.
